The new Minneapolis Central Library was scheduled to open in May of 2006.
Solution:
Re managed three events revolving around the opening, including a staff open house, Benefit Fundraiser, and Grand Opening Celebration.
Success:
Over 800 Minneapolis Public Library staff attended the open house for a sneak preview. A mere 5 days later, Re directed the smashingly successful Benefit Fundraiser with over 1,300 guests enjoying fabulous food and entertainment the entire night. The Grand Opening Celebration, held the next day, attracted over 22,000 visitors as Re coordinated all outdoor and indoor entertainment, food vendors and much more!
